Eligibility: all members and invitees

Staging: To be conducted - once a month, February through to December.

Registrations @ 6.30pm for 7.00pm start

Points & Prizes: Cumulative points to be awarded towards the annual Harry Akker Memorial Trophy
                             Monthly prize $50 to Winner, $20 to Runner up

Handicapping: at the discretion of the organisers
                           Handicaps may be adjusted after R/R stage and reviewed prior to the next event

Event format: depending on numbers, groups of 3/4 players, with a low Handicap & high handicap player in each group

                         Each match, one handicap game up to 21, 2 serves each. 20 all, sudden death!

                         Minus handicaps to accumulate until they return to zero, lowest handicap player to serve first. No warm up!
                         Group winners and Runners/up enter the knockout draw
                         Prizes presented immediately after the final is completed

Entry fee: $5 payable at registration

Harry Akker Perpetual Trophy - to be determined via the following points system:
Monthly Winner - 20 points
Runner/up - 15
Semi-finalist - 12
Group winner - 10
Group runner up - 5
Entry - 2 (not cumulative with above)
